Child Law – Care and Contact including Child Protection and International/Hague Convention Issues
Rachel has developed a significant family law practice due to her extensive years of experience in the area. She is regularly appointed as Lawyer for Child and Lawyer to Assist the Court in difficult family law cases and deals with complex relationship property matters (including in overseas jurisdictions) often involving companies, trusts and high value assets including farms. Rachel is a highly skilled and senior practitioner who is personable and genuinely cares about her clients.
Outside of the office Rachel values spending time with her family, finds big walks with the dog therapeutic and enjoys art and fashion, supporting local designers (possibly too much!).
